Prior to his current role, Pat spent more than twenty years with Southern Graphic Systems in a variety of production, technical, and plant management roles before moving into a corporate position overseeing the flexo network in terms of production capacity, capital requirements, and technical support. He came to the organization in 1999 with the acquisition of Cage Graphic Arts, where he oversaw the development of a second facility in Charlotte, NC that provided redundancy and additional capacity to the Philadelphia plant.

Pat holds a degree in Economics from the University of Buffalo, where he first gained experience in the printing industry working in a book bindery at night while completing his education. He and his family reside in Quakertown, PA, where they have been active in the community for many years.

Matt has an extensive background in the printing industry with a specific focus on the consumer packaging segment. Throughout his career, he has worked in production, management and technical services to culminate in his current role. This thorough working knowledge enables him to collaborate with clients to achieve the best results for their products.

Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Print Technology Management from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, where he gained exposure to many different print industries through the university’s co-op program. He and his family reside in Lafayette Hill, PA.
